I emailed support with concerns my device was not working properly within a few hours I received a reply from Cheryl and after a few emails was determined it was a bad battery and she sent a replacement. I had the new item in less than a week. I couldn't believe how quickly it was resolved thanks Cheryl

Cheryl took very good care of me when I had an issue with one of my purchases from Hot Octopuss. My device had issues holding a charge within a couple months of purchase. Cheryl orchestrated a replacement right away and helped through the process of returning the defective unit. She’s even checked in a couple times to make sure the replacement has been working like it should. They really stand behind their products and I feel quite happy to recommend their products.

I had a charger cord issue with my Pulse Solo Essential. Even though it was out of warranty Cheryl did her best to resolve it for me and even offered a discount on their current model. Rarely do I ever experience this level of customer service. I spent 500 times as much on my new home purchase this year and getting a warranty issue resolved by my builder is a fiasco. Keep it "up" Hot Octopuss!
